Atul Kumar, CEO at PhysicsWallah Online, talked about how PW enhanced student experience using evolved tools and boosted business, at EVOLVE ’24, a Whatsapp Business event by AiSensy. Atul Kumar shared the stage with Amarinder Dhaliwal, Chief Product Officer at Indiamart, Ekta Agarwal, Strategic Partnerships at Meta and Mohit Dua, Co-Founder & CBO at AiSensy, to talk on the topic Scaling with AiSensy: Business Transformation Stories. 

While talking on the topic, Atul shared that PW is leading the AI product space in the education sector and has always been open to trying out new technologies to serve the students better.

He mentioned about the Click to WhatsApp Ads campaign PW tried in the Banking category using Ai Sensy which gave amazing results. He witnessed a 6X drop in both lead cost and conversion cost. Post this, PW has been extensively using Whatsapp across categories in both pre and post sales journeys. He mentioned that given the scale at which PW operates, covering 98% of the country’s pincodes, Whatsapp is a key mode of communication to students given the extensive reach of whatsapp with high delivery rate and high CTR. He sees huge potential for deeper personalisation in communication and engagement through Whatsapp in years to come.
