He mentioned that given the scale at which PW operates, covering 98% of the country’s pincodes, Whatsapp is a key mode of communication to students given the extensive reach of whatsapp with high delivery rate and high CTR. He sees huge potential for deeper personalisation in communication and engagement through Whatsapp in years to come.
